Entering First-year Students
- Complete this online application for admission
- Have your guidance counselor send the following items to the Admissions Office:
- Your most recent high school transcript or GED certificate
- A copy of your ACT and/or SAT scores, if not reflected on your transcript
- The
Counselor's Evaluation. This form may be mailed separately from the application agreement statement.
- If applicable, submit official transcripts of any college or university courses completed while in high school.
Thomas More's code for SAT is 1876, the ACT code is 1560.
Transfer Students
If transferring less than 24 semester-hour credits:
- Follow instructions for Entering First-year Students
- Have official transcripts from all colleges or universities you attended (whether credit earned or not) mailed to the Admissions Office
If transferring 24 or more semester-hour credits:
- Complete this online application
- Have official transcripts from all colleges or universities you attended (whether credit was earned or not) mailed to the Admissions Office
Non-Traditional Undergraduates
- Complete this online application
- Have your high school transcripts showing graduation or GED certificate mailed to the Admissions Office
- Submit a copy of your ACT and/or SAT scores, if applicable
- Have official transcripts from all colleges or universities you attended (whether credit was earned or not) mailed to the Admissions Office
A non-traditional undergraduate student is defined as a student who has been out of high school for five or more years and is seeking an undergraduate degree.
The non-traditional undergraduate student definition excludes students wishing to participate in the Thomas More College Accelerated Program (TAP). TAP students should contact Thomas More College's Center for Adult and Professional Education at (859) 341-4554.
International Students
Follow instructions for entering first-year students, plus the following:
- Have an official Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score submitted to the Office of Enrollment.
- Official transcripts describing all non-United States secondary and postsecondary education translated in English, evaluated by WES (World Education Services).
An international student is defined as a student who is a non-US citizen and who does not have Permanent Resident status.
The international student definition includes non-US citizens who are currently in the United States on a work, visit or study-related visa.
Financial Aid Checklist
Through submission of your online application, you will automatically be considered for Thomas More College institutional aid.
